Description

This Virgin Mojito Mocktail recipe, bursting with lime and mint, is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for all ages. Simple to make and packed with flavor, it's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 1 Lime (Quartered)
  • 2 tbsp Honey Simple Syrup (See note)
  • 1/2 cup Sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp Non-alcoholic rum (Optional)
  • Mint leaves (Around 10 leaves per serve)
  • Ice
Instructions

    Place lime quarters, honey simple syrup and half the mint leaves in a glass and muddle them together for 1 minute. Don't pulverise! Muddle just enough to allow the oils to release.

    Fill another glass with ice and pour your mudded mixture over the top. Add the non-alcoholic rum.

    Top up your glass with sparkling water. Add more honey simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.

    Garnish with the remaining mint. Enjoy!

Note

Adding Honey Simply Syrup is the best choice in my opinion, however, you can substitute with brown sugar if you don't have any honey on hand.
