Description

This Ninja Creami Vanilla Choc Chip Protein Ice Cream is packed with 25.5g of protein and only 285 calories per half pint, it's a guilt-free treat. We're using cacao nibs for a satisfying crunch and a boost of antioxidants. Let's get creamy!

Ingredients
  • 100 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 g Sweetener (Equivalent to 4 tsp of sugar)
  • 2 tbsp Cacao nibs (To mix in)
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions

    Prepare the base

    Combine the protein power, salt, sweetener, egg, and milk into a Ninja Creami tub. Using a stick blender, blend for 2 minutes until well combined. Place in freezer for 24 hours.

    Make the Ice Cream!

    Remove from freezer and run the sides of the tub under hot water for 30 seconds. Place into Ninja Creami and run on Ice Cream mode. Once finished, run it again on re-spin mode.

    Add your mix ins

    Using a spoon, make a hole in the center of the tub to the bottom. Add your cacao nibs. Place back into the Ninja Creami and run again on 'Mix-In' mode. Enjoy!
