  • 15 ml Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 5 ml Sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Sliced scallions (green onions) (for garnish)
