Ingredients
  • 450 g Full-fat Cottage Cheese
  • 30 g Fresh Herbs (a large handful. Parsley, chives, and dill are ideal.)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus more to garnish)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)

    Wash and roughly chop the fresh herbs. Peel the garlic clove. Juice the lemon. Measure out all remaining ingredients to ensure a quick and smooth process.
