Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese (4% milkfat recommended)
  • 2 cups Almond Flour (super fine)
  • 30 g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (about 1 scoop)
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (mini chips are best)
Instructions
