Ingredients
  • 500 g Boneless Chicken Breast (Cut into strips)
  • 250 g Full-fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 100 g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese (Finely grated)
  • Spray Olive Oil

    Prepare the Chicken

    Pat the chicken pieces completely dry with a paper towel. This helps the coating stick.

    In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture into a shallow bowl or dish.
